Dan feels called to serve the people of Montgomery County PA
Dan brings 36 years of experience as a criminal prosecutor, a civil litigation attorney, and as a family lawyer.
I am running for Judge in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County because I believe that public service is a calling. I have felt called to serve the people of Montgomery County as a judge for many years. Justice does not just happen. For our legal system to work as it should, those who serve as judges must know and understand the people of the County and possess the legal and life experiences which are necessary to administer justice fairly.
I was born and raised and have lived and worked in Montgomery County nearly all of my life. I can think of no better way to serve my community than to apply my 36 years of experience on its behalf. A Judge of the Court of Common Pleas must be prepared to handle a wide range of cases. I will be prepared to do that from day one. I have had extensive trial experience as a criminal prosecutor, as a civil litigation attorney, and as a family lawyer. I routinely serve as an arbitrator, mediator, and parenting coordinator in family law matters. I have been honored to receive the highest recommendation from the Montgomery Bar Association and to be unanimously endorsed by the Montgomery County Democratic Committee. When combined with my experience as a husband, as a father of three children, and as an involved member of this community, I believe that I have the experience and qualities necessary to serve the people of Montgomery County in this most important office.
I ask you for your support and I thank you.
